Returns Information

• Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers outside the EU are responsible for correctly declaring the parcel as “Returned Goods / Return Merchandise” to avoid customs charges.

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized products (e.g. embroidered initials)
• Custom-made products
• Products that show signs of wear, damage or alterations
